Copper alloy plate
The copper alloy plate that has been delivered is made of 99.99 percent pure copper with a 0.0005 percent oxygen component. It has a minimum conductivity value of 101 percent, according to the IACS. This copper is polished to a final product in a tightly controlled, oxygen-free atmosphere before being soldered. The material exhibits excellent ductility, good electrical and thermal conductivity, and moderate volatility when subjected to high vacuum.
